This policy describes how Mira Core LLC ("MiraCore," "we," "us") collects and uses information when you visit miracore.ai. It covers this marketing website only. Use of the MiraCore application at app.miracore.ai is governed by the agreement between MiraCore and your practice, including a Business Associate Agreement where applicable.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the demo request form, we collect the information you enter: your name, work email address, practice name, the EMR your practice uses, and anything you write in the message field.
Please do not include patient information in the form. This website is not intended to receive protected health information, and the form is not a secure channel for it.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the time of your visit. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.
We do not currently use analytics cookies or advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy.
How we use it
- To respond to your demo request and follow up about MiraCore
- To operate, secure, and improve this website
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this site. They process information on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Netlify hosts the website and keeps server logs.
- Formspree receives and stores demo form submissions and delivers them to us by email.
- Our email provider, which we use to reply to you.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of MiraCore or others.
How long we keep it
We keep demo request information for as long as we are in contact with you about MiraCore, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we are required to keep it longer.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@miracore.ai. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law; we will honor those requests regardless of your state.
Children
This site is intended for medical practice owners and their staff. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.

Accessibility statement

MiraCore wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. In practice that means the site is designed to work with a keyboard alone, has visible focus indicators, uses sufficient color contrast, labels every form field, provides text alternatives for images, and respects your system's reduced-motion setting.
If you run into anything on this site that is hard to use, please tell us at hello@miracore.ai and describe the page and the problem. We will respond within five business days and do our best to fix it.
